At Lashify, we want you to love your DIY lash experience; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible, unopened items. Please note that used Gossamer lashes and opened Control Kit components are final sale to ensure the safety and quality of our community.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the eligible items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unopened items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return is postmarked within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
